As part of the Microsoft 365 migration, your Outlook profile on your computer needs to be updated so that it’s pointing to your new westboroughma.gov mailbox and not your old town.westborough.ma.us mailbox. The engineer supporting our Microsoft 365 migration has provided a tool which users can run on their computer. For network users, make a local copy of the file ‘S:\! M365 Outlook Tool\ SkyKickOutlookAssistant-UserBootstrapper.msi’ and then run it from your computer. It doesn’t require admin privileges so everyone should be able to do this without IT assistance. However, if you’re not sure, the IT Department will have resources at each building throughout the day tomorrow so we can assist with this and any other migration issues that might crop up.
